Australia Post
Our handling of the order through Australia Post is within 1-3 business days. The delivery times may vary depending on Australia Post availability. Check Australia Post Important Updates for more information.
Liability
Once Daline Nails sends the order via Australia Post, the delivery of the order becomes outside Daline Nails's control. You'll receive a tracking number by email to keep track of the delivery. If there are any issues with the delivery, you can go to the tracking number link and raise a ticket with Australia Post to understand what did go wrong.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct address and pick up the package at their provided address.
Daline Nails cannot be held accountable if the customer provides an address that makes the package be returned to its sender or delivered to the wrong person.
Examples of addresses that can cause the package to be returned to its sender or be delivered to the wrong person include, but are not limited to:
- the address of a Post Office instead of your residence
- an address that doesn’t exist
- the address of another person
- Lack of unit number
- Incorrect Suburb
- A PO box with the wrong name
- A house shared with more than one person
If a package is returned, the customer will be liable for the re-delivery payment according to the shipping options available on the website.
