Refund policy

DJP Manufacturing Pty Ltd (trading as Daline Nails 68666406533) does not offer refunds or returns for personal care goods like the Magic Pen unless an offer is specified at the point of sale, in which case you'll have to provide evidence that we offered a refund option. Regardless, we might make exceptions and offer a refund on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Daline Nails.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, which can be a confirmation email.

To start a return/refund, contact us with the reasons for the return at admin@dalinenails.com. We'll try to understand why you're asking for a return/refund and if there's anything we can do to remediate the situation.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returns/Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

For a refund, you will receive the amount paid for the product, but you won't receive the shipping costs as that includes handling, fulfilling, and postage costs which are non-revertible. For example, if you purchased an item that costs $30 + $9.90 shipping, you'll receive a refund of $30, not $39.90.
